Crooked Liars I switched to Progressive Insurance from Nicole West State Farm. For a lower rate. Angel from this office was the one who solicited me with a rate I never received. Then he wanted me to pay the higher rate. It was raised 2 times. From the quoted price. I am happy to leave this highly dishonest Insurance office."
